About Michelle Warth

My name is Michelle, and I am honored to serve as a Case Manager with Family Ministries Foster Care, where I have the privilege of supporting children in foster care and the families who open their hearts and homes to them. I am deeply passionate about helping children experience safety, stability, and hope while walking alongside foster families as they navigate their journey.

Before joining Family Ministries, I served the State of Arkansas for 14 years as a Child Abuse and Neglect Investigator. During that time, I worked closely with law enforcement, the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Arkansas State Police, Children's Advocacy Centers, and many other community partners dedicated to protecting vulnerable children. Those experiences provided me with a strong foundation in child welfare and reinforced my commitment to advocating for children and families.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. Transitioning from investigations to case management has been an incredibly rewarding step in my career, allowing me to build meaningful relationships with children and foster families while continuing to make a lasting impact in their lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, hiking, kayaking, and caring for my collection of indoor plants. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve with Family Ministries Foster Care and look forward to continuing to support children and families as they experience God's love, healing, hope, and the stability needed to build a brighter future.
